Self-paced online training programs
By enrolling into our self-paced online training programs you agree with the training terms and conditions.
Online training programs are prepaid. Participants will be emailed their login after payment has been received.
Online self-paced training programs will have to be completed within 3 weeks from enrolment in the system. Upon enrolment in the system the learner portal will remain open for 3 weeks to undertake the training and assessment (where applicable). After 3 weeks the learner’s login will be deactivated. A reactivation administration fee of $25 (ex GST) will be charged when a learner’s login needs to be reactivated.
You may require a copy of the transport regulations for your training. IATA DGR for airfreight, IMDG Code for sea freight or the ADG Code for road freight. It is the training participant’s responsibility to have a copy when starting the training. If you do not have access to a copy, please contact ORP before enrolment.

When participating in our online training programs, you acknowledge that you, and only you, are completing the training and assessment(s) without any assistance (unless assistance is permitted in writing by ORP).
In-person and Webinar Training
To ensure the booking of the training is confirmed and booked by ORP, training programs are on a prepay basis only.
Assessment Fail and re-do
When the training involves an assessment, and the participants fails the assessment, the training and/or assessment shall be taken again to obtain certification. This will be charged at 50% of the current training fee for that training course.
Publication Hire Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions for the Hire of Training Publications
- Purpose of Loan
The training Publications (Books) are loaned to the borrower by ORP DG PRO solely for the purpose of supporting the borrower’s education during the duration of their training course. The loan period begins on the date the Books are delivered to the borrower and ends on the date the books are being collected for return, unless terminated earlier as per these terms.
- Ownership
The Books remain the property of ORP DG PRO at all times. The Borrower is granted temporary use of the Books under the conditions outlined herein and does not acquire any ownership rights.
- Borrower Responsibilities
The Borrower agrees to:
- Use the Books solely for purposes related to the Course.
- Keep the Books in good condition, free from damage, defacement, or excessive wear beyond normal use.
- Refrain from writing, marking, highlighting, or otherwise altering the Books in any way.
- Store the Books in a safe, dry, and secure location when not in use.
- Return the Books to ORP DG PRO in their original condition (subject to reasonable wear and tear) no later than the last day of the Course or upon request by ORP DG PRO.
- Condition of Books Upon Loan
The Borrower acknowledges that the Books were provided in good condition, as verified by the borrower. Any pre-existing damage must be reported to ORP DG PRO upon receipt of the Books, or it will be assumed the Books were received in acceptable condition.
- Damage, Loss, or Alteration
- If the Books are lost, stolen, or damaged (beyond reasonable wear and tear) while in the Borrower’s possession, the Borrower is required to purchase a replacement copy at the full current retail price, as determined by ORP DG PRO.
- If the Books are written in, marked, highlighted, or otherwise altered, the Borrower will be required to purchase the Books at the full current retail price, as determined by ORP DG PRO.
- The Borrower must notify ORP DG PRO immediately upon discovering any loss, theft, damage, or alteration. Failure to report such incidents will not relieve the Borrower of their obligation to pay for the Books.
- Payment for replacement or purchase must be made within 2 days of notification by the Lender.
- Late Return
If the Books are not returned by the agreed-upon date, the Borrower will be charged a late fee of $25 per day until the Books are returned. If the Books are not returned within 10 days after the due date, the Borrower will be required to purchase the Books at the full current retail price, as determined by ORP DG PRO.
- Early Return
Refund is not applicable when the Books are returned before the due date.
- Inspection Upon Return
Upon return, ORP DG PRO will inspect the Books for damage, markings, or other alterations. The Borrower will be notified within 3 days of receipt of any issues identified, and the terms under Section 5 will apply if applicable.
- Termination of Loan
ORP DG PRO reserves the right to terminate the loan and demand immediate return of the Books at any time, for any reason, with 72 hours notice to the Borrower. Failure to comply will result in the Borrower being required to purchase the Books at the full current retail price.
- Liability
The Borrower assumes full responsibility for the Books while they are in their possession. ORP DG PRO is not liable for any injury, loss, or inconvenience caused by the use of the Books.
- Agreement
By hiring of the Books, the Borrower agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in financial penalties, as outlined above, and/or exclusion from future borrowing privileges.

Training materials are not intended in any manner, shape or form to replace any dangerous goods regulations, codes and standards, but it is rather intended only to assist you during your training course.
It is the responsibility of the training participant to ensure that dangerous goods are classified, identified, packed, marked, labelled, documented, handled and stored in accordance with the applicable regulations. Failure to comply with the applicable regulations may be in breach of the national and governmental regulations and may be subject to legal penalties and fines.
Due to the ever-changing nature of regulations, ORP Consultancy shall not be responsible for the absolute accuracy of the material contained in the training materials. Therefore, ORP Consultancy will not assume any responsibility for omissions, errors, misprinting, or ambiguity contained within the training materials and shall not be held liable in any degree for any loss or injury caused by such.
No part of ORP’s training material provided may be reproduced, scanned, distributed, or sold without the express written permission of ORP Consultancy.
